The staff was absolutely amazing, accommodating, and super friendly, making our stay even better. The room had a decent bed and great wifi, which is rare in Europe. There was a convenient fridge with affordable minibar items, perfect for late-night refreshments. The dining hall had a comfy baby chair, even though it was shared. The location was decent with secure parking.

Warm Welcome and Great Staff

I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff here is really great. The location was fantastic and the team provided outstanding service. The room was spacious and met all my needs. 🌟

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the main Christmas market and other tourist attractions. the Christmas decorations in the hotel were really nice and made the stay festive. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their face. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. It was nice to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited selection of food that didn't cater to vegetarians. the coffee was okay, but not great.

The location is relatively close to the center, which makes it accessible, and there's a tramway that can take you there quickly. Another great feature is the outdoor terrace bar, located on a beautiful internal garden. A good breakfast selection was available, and the parking is free and secure.

This hotel boasts a beautiful internal garden with both a restaurant and terrace bar. Guests enjoy an excellent selection of dinner meals at a reasonable price in the clean, spacious rooms. For added convenience, a secure parking lot is provided. Some rooms come with a fridge stocked with mini-bar items which won't break the bank if you need a late-night refreshment.

The hotel does experience problems with wifi connectivity, with frequent drops and difficulties connecting.

cleanliness was great - rooms were large and well-kept. location was super close to the hospital courtyard - which is convenient. staff was amazing - super-friendly and accommodating.
